Fiber laser marking machine is with the best advanced laser technology, the basics for this marker is just like burning leaves with magnifying glass. Through a simple lens which is called field lens or F theta lens, the fiber laser coming from a YAG or fiber laser source, the laser light not like sunlight, it only has a property of being monochromatic, meaning that the laser light is all the same color or wavelength which is 1064 μm. The laser beam can be focused on the material anywhere within plane defined by the F theta lens. Usually the metals can absorb the wavelength of fiber laser, and there is a good match after marking. Different materials are supposed to be tested which laser is suitable for it. Fiber laser marker can be marked on curved surface as well once there is equipped with a 3D galvanometer and hardware, which can mark on any place of the 3D surface from 0-60mm distances, by controlling the laser beam moving.
